About Jason

I am a highly experienced strength & conditioning Coach with over a decade of Coaching under my belt. During that time, I have helped thousands of clients take control by getting their bodies, and lives, back in shape. In other words, I know my shit and you could be next to reap the rewards of my experience and no BS approach.

I am dedicated to helping you rediscover the enjoyment of health and fitness. Changing your life for the better isn’t a short-term fix. It has to be a move geared towards permanent results. The only way to do this is to make it fun, and agreeable with other life commitments. That understanding of individual situations is just one of the key features that stands me apart from other Coaches and PTs. That empathy comes from the fact that I struggled on the merry-go-round of inconsistent training, program-hopping, unattained goals, unhappiness and excuses for many years.

Over the past 12 years, however, I have gained an intense appreciation of what it takes to get where you want to be. What works and what doesn’t. I have gained multiple qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit, Weightlifting, Endurance training and Kettlebell training, amongst others.  I have coached thousands of people around the world from stay-at-home mums and dads, teenagers and retirees, to professional athletes and elite terrorist hunters.

I’ve also been fortunate enough to be mentored by many highly regarded coaches such as Brian MacKenzie, Jeff Martone, and Steve Cotter. Combined with my personal experiences, this ensures that I have all the tools needed to help you unlock a brighter future. I believe I am more than a Fitness Coach. I’m a no bullshit operator who is dedicated and ready to help you finally.
